The following is a complete list of all DATA that the APP acquires and stores (collects) on your device:

• The progress which you've made through the game (o.e., which episode and level you've reached)
• The score which you've attained at the end of each level (the number at the top of the device's display while you're playing)
• The music and sound volume you've chosen

The following is a complete list of all DATA that the APP transmits over the Internet to our servers:

• The progress which you've made through the game (o.e., which episode and level you've reached)
• The score which you've attained at the end of each level (the number at the top of the device's display while you're playing)
• The installed version of the APP
• The version of your operating system
• The last time you've used the APP
• In case of a crash (APP error), minimal diagnostic information that contains no personal DATA at all.

No personal information is ever stored neither in the app (on your device) or transmitted to our servers. Your IP address is also never stored on our servers, but it does get transmitted over the Internet because that is fundamental to the functioning of the Internet itself. It cannot be avoided.

Warning: While this list outlines how the APP itself uses DATA, there may be other services or third parties that actually use and / or transmit that data to other devices or over the Internet. For example, if you use a backup solution like iCloud, data that the APP stores might be transmitted over the Internet or to other devices / computers. Also, certain mechanisms inside your device's operating system might unbeknownst to the APP replace the local folder where the APP stores data with a folder that is actually stored on and accessed through the Internet. This is a process that the APP has no control over, and if you are unsure about this, please contact your device's manufacturer or the manufacturer of any third party apps / solutions that might be able to access the data the APP stores on your device, or read their privacy policy or terms and conditions.
